LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, USA, April 15, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ — Author Edward Faith will be one of the featured authors at the upcoming 2022 Los Angeles Book Festival with his published book titled Tales of the Elder Statesman. A book of anecdotes about the brave people of St. Stephens. An influential story concerns one of the old men who considered himself an authority on Washington County politics, whom he referred to as the Old Statesman. The Elder Statesman applies to several different men. It became a compilation of all these different personalities. Most of the stories are humorous; some are comforting moral revelations, while others are pure fiction. A book dedicated to preserving the memory of these wonderful old men.
“This story is hilarious in its telling, and the author portrays his sense of humor in his writing. However, the author occasionally has a funny turn of phrase, like a leadership group badly infected with a mesmerism inflamed.
— Barnes & Noble customer review
“The Meaning of Elder Statesman comedy is broad … The book’s humor is most satisfying when it comes from subtle sources, such as the stark contrast between Elder Statesman’s deliberate and eloquent vocabulary and the down-to-earth situations he describes, from the trip to the doctor at a campaign campaign.
